A white two part breathable paper for
the delicate bloom and correct moisture during aging which is so
important in the mold ripened cheeses of France. The inner (cheese
side) layer is a paraffin coated thin white parchment paper bonded to
a 20 micron opaque white micro-perforated polypropylene paper. A
great wrap for white rinds like Camembert, Crottin and Brie. 25 sheets; 9 7/8 inch square.
