Mold Ripened Cheese class

Our guest presenter, Mary Crawford, will be discussing the required and recommended supplies while demonstrating how easy it is to make mold ripened cheese. She will be comparing the process for Brie, Camembert and Cambazola production and the ease with which it can be made around your already busy schedule.
