Cold Rinsing

Cleaning is much easier if equipment has been rinsed in cold rather than hot water after use. Hot water will grind in and bind organic materials to the surface. After rinsing with cold water, hot water can be used for cleaning. You can see and feel the results. Cleaning a kettle which has been rinsed whot water will take twice as long as one rinsed with cold water.
