Dry-Hopper

Dry-Hopper

For those of you who do dry hopping in your Cornelius kegs and have difficulty with the hops or hop bag stopping up the dip tube, here's an easy technique to solve the clog. Using a large stainless steel tea ball, just unscrew the top and drop in your favorite pellets or whole hops and put the tea ball in your Cornelius keg at racking. Small household tea balls are fine for pellets, but large restaurant or institutional stainless mesh tea balls are better for whole hops.
