Wort Chiller
Wort chillers are a necessary item for your brewery. Counter flow heat exchange unit hand crafted from copper and plastic tubing. The hot wort is passed through the inner copper tube in one direction while cool water flows through the plastic hose in the opposite direction thus insuring maximum heat exchange.
Iimmersion heat exchange unit is copper with plastic hose attachments. This unit is placed inside the brew kettle and cool water is run through it cooling the wort. Either unit attaches to garden hoselaundry tub or bottle washer adaptor. They reduce wort to yeast pitching temperature assuring a cold break and reducing the risk of contamination.
