Weyermann Vienna Malt, 3.2-3.9L- 5 lb
Most often thought of as a Specialty Malt and most often used in smaller quantities, but makes terrific beer as a base malt. Similar to Munich but slightly lighter. Slightly darker than 2 Row and able to convert an extra 10% of its weight in other starches.
