Weyermann Munich Malt, 5.1-6.9L- 1/2 lb
Most often thought of as a Specialty Malt and most often used in smaller quantities, but makes terrific beer as a base malt. Similar to Vienna but slightly darker. Able to convert an extra 10% of its weight in other starches.
