Bacchus Batches Kansas Sunset
Red ales occupy a permanent position on the fare of many of today ’ s Brew Pubs. Though not yet a style recognized by world beer experts or competition organizations if the style persist recognition will surely come to pass. Red ales are characterized by reddish hue that ranges red/golden to auburna full bodied malty sweetness ofset by a medium to high hop bitterness. Hop aroma and flavor are low to medium with a slightly sweet finish. They may be described as the ale counterpart to the German OktoberFest/Marzen.
