Fermentersplastic
Plastic fermenters are used as a container in which to do the primary fermentation of beersmeads and wines. They are also quite usefull as mixing vessels when priming carbonated beverages. They must be kept very clean and free of scratches as spoilage organisms are certain to occupy soiled containers. These organisms may be impossible to kill or neutralize if they reside in scratched plastic containers.
