Bacchus Batches are a group of our own beer ingredients kits. Each kit is formulated to produce a very specific style of beer and comes with an instruction sheet to help you produce the beer we intended. We adjust the hop additions for each individual batch to compensate for variances in alpha acids in each batch to insure, as much as possible consistency from one batch to the next. Most of these recipes have won awards at BJCP sanctioned hoembrew competitions.
